从迷路，到带人找到方向

I did not enter real estate with a perfect plan. I came to it through an unexpected turning point.
At the time, I was studying while working in printing production. Later, the printing business was forced to close after a shareholder’s gambling problems. As one of the shareholders, I had to face the consequences too. I had no clear answer about my future and did not know where to go next.
Then someone who believed in me said, “You have a talent for selling one of the most important and valuable things in people’s lives.”
Those words helped me see a different possibility. I decided to enter real estate and start from the beginning.
The early days were demanding. I travelled back and forth to Penang Island from seven in the morning, while making call after call to find clients. It took 400 calls to receive one response. I kept following up for two months. Then something remarkable happened: that person became my first buyer and bought their first home through me.
That experience taught me that persistence may not bring immediate results, but every step can lead to a new opportunity.
Within six months in the industry, I began to achieve results, and my life gradually improved. I was recognised as a top newcomer and later started leading a team. I worked hard to build it, and it eventually grew to 12 people. Our business was beginning to find its footing.
But the journey did not become easy. During the MCO period, the company closed, and the principal passed away. The team and business I had worked hard to build faced another difficult test. Later, differences in business direction with my partners led to the company closing once again.
Starting over so many times was exhausting. Still, I chose to keep going. I believe in the bamboo principle: before bamboo grows tall, it first takes root beneath the ground. My first ten years were a long season of building those roots. The setbacks taught me resilience and responsibility. They also helped me better understand the hopes and concerns people face when making important property decisions.
After ten years, I had found my own path and built a business of my own. To me, that was not the finish line. It was a new beginning.
Today, my goal is bigger than running a real estate company. I want to help clients find direction in complex decisions, and to build a place where people can grow, contribute and discover what they are capable of.
I know what it feels like to be lost. That is why I want people who are searching for direction to find opportunity, confidence and a place where they belong.
For ten years, I worked to take root. Now, I hope we can grow together and shine together.
Real growth does not mean never falling. It means choosing to begin again — and reaching out to help others find their way.

我进入房地产行业，并不是因为一开始就有清晰的计划，而是因为一次意外的转折。
那时，我一边读书，一边从事印刷生产工作。后来，因为股东赌博，印刷事业最终被迫结束。作为股东之一，我也必须面对这个结果。那段时间，我对未来没有答案，也不知道下一步该往哪里走。
后来，一位贵人对我说：“你有天赋，可以去销售人生中最重要、也最昂贵的东西。”
这句话让我看见了另一种可能。我决定走进房地产行业，从零开始。
刚开始的日子很辛苦。每天早上七点，我就往返槟城岛奔波；为了找到客户，我不断打电话。打了四百通电话，才等到一个回复。我没有放弃，持续跟进了两个月。后来，奇迹发生了——他成为我的第一位买家，向我买下人生中的第一间房子。
那一刻让我相信，坚持也许不会马上带来结果，但每一步都可能把我们带向新的机会。
进入行业六个月后，我做出了成绩，生活也慢慢好转。我成为最佳新人，后来开始带领团队。我努力建立团队，成员逐渐增加到十二人，事业也一步步稳定下来。
然而，人生并没有因此变得一帆风顺。后来，公司在疫情期间（MCO时期）关闭，负责人也离世了。我好不容易建立起来的团队和事业，再次面临考验。之后，我与合伙人的经营理念出现分歧，公司最终又一次关闭。
一次又一次重新开始，确实让人疲惫。但我没有选择停下来。我相信竹子法则：竹子在长高之前，先在地下扎根。我的前十年，就像一段漫长的扎根期。那些挫折让我学会坚持、承担，也让我更懂得客户面对重要选择时的期待与不安。
十年后，我终于走出了自己的路，也重新建立起属于自己的事业。对我来说，这不是终点，而是新的起点。
今天，我想做的不只是经营一家房地产公司。我希望帮助客户在复杂的选择中找到方向，也希望和团队一起打造一个让人能够成长、发挥所长的平台。
因为我也曾经迷路，所以我希望每一个正在寻找方向的人，都能在这里找到机会、信心和自己的位置。
过去十年，我努力扎根；未来，我希望和大家一起成长，一起发光。
真正的成长，不是从未跌倒，而是每一次跌倒之后，仍愿意重新出发，也愿意伸手照亮别人。
